Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions, along with any additional written details provided before your booking confirmation, constitute your agreement with World Class UK Golf Tours.

Deposits and Payment

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 25% to 40% of the quoted per-person price is typically required. Any variations, such as those related to group bookings, will be outlined in writing. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or bank transfer. The remaining balance is generally due 90 days before the tour begins. If a specific package requires earlier payment, this will be communicated in writing.

Booking Confirmation

Upon receiving your deposit and booking request, we will issue a confirmation document to you or your agent. At this point, the contract is established. If any details appear incorrect, you must notify us within seven days so necessary corrections can be made. Only the items listed in the confirmation are included in the price; additional expenses such as caddies, alcoholic beverages, laundry, telephone usage, and non-specified meals are excluded. Changes may be made at any time, subject to availability, and may result in a price adjustment.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any related agreements, are governed by English law. Any disputes or claims must be addressed through the courts of England and Wales. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may opt to have your case handled under the jurisdiction of your place of residence.

Early Termination of Your Trip

If you must end your holiday early, we cannot provide refunds for any unused travel arrangements. Depending on the circumstances, your travel insurance may cover such cases, and claims should be made directly through your insurer.

Privacy Policy

World Class UK Golf Tours respects client confidentiality and processes all personal data in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Itinerary Alterations

While changes to your itinerary are unlikely after your accommodation, golf, and transportation have been confirmed, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate modifications. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.

Transfer of Booking

If a member of your party is unable to travel, their booking may be transferred to another person who agrees to the same terms. You must notify us at least 14 days before departure. Both you and the transferee remain responsible for any outstanding payments. If a replacement cannot be found, standard cancellation charges will apply, as outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and take effect from the date received. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 90 days before arrival – The deposit is non-refundable as it is used to secure bookings with suppliers. In most cases, we can transfer the booking to a new date or assist in finding a replacement.
  • Between 90 and 30 days before arrival – The deposit, plus any non-refundable costs for hotel, golf, transport, and credit card fees, will be retained.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival – No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Due to Extraordinary Circumstances

In cases where travel is deemed unsafe due to unavoidable events—such as government travel advisories, war, terrorism, health crises, or natural disasters—we may offer a credit for a future booking. This clause does not provide a statutory right to cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, strikes, government restrictions, or transport failures. We will make every effort to assist you but cannot offer compensation for such events.

Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for booking with us. Your insurance should cover medical conditions, personal injury, lost baggage, cancellations, and emergency repatriation. If you opt not to secure sufficient coverage, we will not be liable for any losses that would otherwise be covered by insurance.

Passport and Visa Requirements

All US and Canadian travelers must hold a valid passport. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all necessary visa, health, and immigration requirements for your trip. We do not accept liability if you are unable to travel due to non-compliance. Any associated fines or costs incurred by us due to your failure to meet these requirements must be reimbursed by you.

Liability Disclaimer

World Class UK Golf Tours, as a Destination Management Company, acts as an intermediary for securing accommodations, golf tee times, guided tours, and transport services provided by independent third-party contractors. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or delays caused by these service providers or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Excursions and Additional Activities

Any excursions or tours booked independently during your trip are not part of your contractual agreement with us. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or execution of these activities, as they are operated by third-party providers.

Final Travel Documents

Your final travel package, including all necessary documents and vouchers, will be issued approximately four weeks before departure. Each member of your party must submit the required information no later than six weeks before the trip start date.
